Highly Accelerated Stress Test (HAST), Pressure Cooker Test (PCT)

  • Temperature range +105 - +143°C
  • Humidity range 75 - 100%RH
Highly Accelerated Stress Test (HAST)
Temperature, humidity and bias stress are put to implement reliability test with short time period.
Pressure Cooker Test (PCT)
Test in even more harsh environment than HAST in saturation.

Gas Phase Thermal Shock Test Equipment

  • Lower temperature: -70°C - 0°C
  • Higher temperature: +60 - +200°C

Change the temperature again and again to test reliability on temperature fluctuation with a short time period.

Constant Temperature and Humidity Machine
