- Temperature, humidity and bias stress are put to implement reliability test with short time period.
- Pressure Cooker Test (PCT)
- Test in even more harsh environment than HAST in saturation.
Gas Phase Thermal Shock Test Equipment
- Lower temperature: -70°C - 0°C
- Higher temperature: +60 - +200°C
